Proof of completion: no photo, no finished job
The simplest way to get proof every time is to make it part of finishing. In JobProof, the Complete button stays locked until an After photo is in.
The crew screen
- Go to site. One tap opens directions in Google Maps.
- Start job. Saved straight away, along with the location if the phone provides it.
- Before photo. Unlocks once the job has started.
- After photo. Lines up with the before.
- Complete job. Lights up last, once an After photo is in.
Why this works
Reminders fail because they depend on people remembering at the end of a long day. A locked button doesn't. Finished steps grey out with a tick, so there is nothing to think about, whichever language the crew reads.
Proof for your client
Once the job is done you can send the client a link, or connect it to your CRM so a finished job triggers a message or invoice in your own system.

Can a manager complete a job without a photo?
The same rule applies to all jobs, so every finished job has an After photo.
Can a finished job's photos be deleted?
Not by accident. Finished job photos are protected from deletion so the record stays whole.
