Photo proof app for cleaning companies
In cleaning, the work disappears as soon as someone walks through the room. Photos are how you show a client what they paid for, and how you know the job was done when you were not there.
What to photograph on a cleaning job
- Ovens, hobs and extractor filters, which clients check first.
- Bathrooms: grout, taps, glass and behind the toilet.
- Carpets and floors, especially stains you could not fully remove.
- Any damage you found on arrival, before you touch it.
- Inside cupboards and fridges on end-of-tenancy cleans.
Stop the "it wasn't cleaned" call
Complaints usually arrive days later, when you can no longer check. A dated photo set linked to the job lets you answer in a minute. For end-of-tenancy work, it can also help with deposit disputes between landlord and tenant.
Run several cleaners at once
Assign each job to a cleaner with a location pin and the access notes. They get a phone alert, follow the numbered steps in their language, and can't complete the job without an After photo. Your dashboard shows open, overdue and finished work, person by person.
Questions
Can cleaners see other cleaners' jobs?
Not by default. Crew only see jobs assigned to them unless you choose otherwise.
Does it work for regular contract cleaning?
Yes. Create a job for each visit, and use the work list for the checklist of areas.
