Photo report maker
Clients, landlords and insurers often want photos in a document, not a chat thread. Fill in the job, add photos with a caption each, and save the result as a PDF.

How to make the report
- Fill in the job. Your business, the client, the address, the date and who prepared it. These go at the top of the report.
- Write a short summary. Two or three sentences on what was done or found. Most readers stop here, so put the key point first.
- Add photos in order. Add them in the order a visitor would walk through the job. Remove any that repeat.
- Caption each one. Say where it is and what it shows, like "Bathroom ceiling, damp patch before repair".
- Save as PDF. Press Print or save as PDF and choose Save as PDF as the printer.
What makes a photo report useful
- One idea per photo. A wide shot to show where, then a close-up to show what.
- Captions that would make sense to someone who has never been to the site.
- The same order every time, so regular clients know where to look.
- Problems you found but did not fix, with a clear note, so they are not blamed on you later.
When a report beats a link
A PDF suits a formal record: an insurance claim, a landlord file, a handover pack or a tender. For day-to-day jobs, most clients prefer a link they can open on their phone. JobProof sends one link per job with before and after sliders, and can export a CSV of jobs and photos for your records.
Questions
How many photos can I add?
There is no set limit. Very large reports may print slowly on older phones, so split a big job into areas if needed.
Can I add my logo?
Not in this free tool. Type your business name at the top. JobProof adds your logo to client links.
