Field service and proof of work app for UAE service companies

Service companies in the UAE often run crews across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi from one office, with supervisors who can't be at every site. By mid-morning every manager is asking the same thing: what has actually been done?

Steps in the crew's own language

Many technicians and cleaners read Hindi, Urdu, Bengali or Malayalam more easily than English. The JobProof crew screen is built around big numbered steps (Go to site, Start job, Before photo, After photo, Complete job), and it can be shown in English, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Bengali or Malayalam. Finished steps grey out with a tick, so there is little to explain at the start of a shift.

Invite people by sending a link over WhatsApp. They choose their own password and sign in on their own phone. If someone leaves, remove them and they are signed out straight away, while their finished jobs keep their name.

Early starts in the summer heat

Through the hottest months, a lot of outdoor and rooftop work moves to the early morning and evening. Assign jobs the day before with a due date and a location pin, so crews have their list on their phone before the supervisor is out of bed. Managers get an alert when work is finished or overdue, and the dashboard shows where each person's list stands when the office opens.

No signal in basements and new towers

Car park basements, plant rooms and the upper floors of a tower still being fitted out often have no usable signal. Crews can still open their assigned jobs, start them, take before and after photos and complete them. Everything saves on the phone and uploads once they are back in range.

Proof your clients can check

Building managers, landlords and FM clients want evidence, not a message saying "done". Each job records who started it, where the phone was at that moment if it shared a location, who took each photo and who completed it. The Complete button stays locked until an After photo is in.

Send the client a link with your logo and a before and after slider for each area, or export the month's jobs to Excel for a client report. If you already use a CRM, finished jobs can go to it through Zapier, Make, a webhook or the API.
